The E8 Trainer application (“Application”) is a free tool for learning English, preparing students for the eighth-grade exam. Below you will find information about what data the Application processes.
The Application does not collect any personal data. It does not require creating an account, logging in, or providing any identifying information about the user.
Data stored locally. Your learning progress (experience points, level, streak of learning days, earned badges, mastered vocabulary) is saved exclusively locally on your device. This data never leaves the phone and is not sent to the author of the Application or to any third parties. Uninstalling the Application permanently deletes this data.
Internet connections. The application connects to the internet solely for two purposes:
- to check in Google Play if a newer version of the Application is available;
- to play official examination recordings from CKE directly from the Central Examination Commission server (cke.gov.pl) in the listening comprehension module — the recordings are not downloaded or saved, only played live.
No ads and tracking. The application does not display ads, does not use analytical or tracking tools, and does not share any data with third parties.
Permissions. The application requests access to the internet (INTERNET) and vibration (VIBRATE) solely for the purposes described above — audio/tactile feedback for answers.
Children. The application is intended for elementary school students and does not collect any personal data from users of any age.
